Logistics
The company employs 200 to
600 workers per year, depending
on the cultivation and
harvesting operations necessary
for the management of 350 ha of production in the open
field, greenhouses 130 ha of
production and 250 hectares
of citrus orchards. The salable
production is 40,000 tonnes per
annum.
In 2008 the Farm Giardina brothers opened a new business
center of 11,000 square
meters, in which there are
storage and processing of
agricultural products and
their packaging.
The company serves Italian
and European retail
chains
and 25%
of turnover
is represented by the export
to EU countries and
third
parties.
